Having worked with Leigh at Derby County football club, I can attest that her fantastic skills as a yoga teacher help support the athletes physical need’s. Leigh’s interaction with the players is invaluable and this contributes greatly to their overall wellbeing and performance. I have attended 4 of the yoga/activities holidays run by Helen Wright and her team on the Island of Corfu. All the activities are tailored for all abilities with the emphasis on having fun in the sun and learning new skills.
I have attended with friends and as a lone participant and have enjoyed all the groups of people I have met. I have found them very relaxing and enjoyable and look forward to them every year.
Beautiful yoga experience, Leigh’s workshops are always well organised, calming and give plenty of variety for different styles and levels. The online classes were a lifeline during lockdown!

Looking forward to another Yoga retreat with Leigh. I have been to several of Leigh’s retreats, they have all been wonderful, each one has been different and I always return relaxed and recharged.
Leigh makes her retreats fun and caters for all abilities. Previously I have been on my own and travelled with a friend, the group has always been friendly and welcoming. This time a non yogic friend is coming along, hopefully a new convert. Can’t wait.

Especially in a difficult recovery after surgery, she offered breathing, guided meditations & calming words that I still use daily (almost daily…) & am excited to continue learning.
Through Lockdown, there was a regular meet that really helped with the stress & worries & became a real light in some pretty unusual times – an excellent teacher & mentor. And I think the quality of what she does, with who she’s teaching & guiding, speaks for itself.
I cannot wait to go on a retreat with her for my 50th.
